Weaver House

The Weaver House is a part of Greensboro’s Urban Ministry and offers year round shelter to adult men and women. These are dorm type rooms with beds that offer additional space during the cold winter months.

Cornerstone supports the Weaver House by purchasing, preparing, and serving the breakfast meal on the 2nd Saturday of each month. It takes about 10-12 volunteers working from 6:30 AM – 8:30 AM to complete this monthly ministry. Many of the Cornerstone Sunday School classes sign-up to take a specific month; however, this ministry can always use additional volunteers.
