Marriage: Let’s Talk
Facilitated by Glynn and Pat Greer; approaching 50 years of marriage.
Christian Marriage is facing severe attack in the 21st century. Satan and the world system are turning many marriages away from God’s Kingdom plan of two becoming one under Him.
This class will emphasize our daily need for straight talk with both God and spouse. The Bible is our resource and every participant is invited to share. Whether you have been married a while, newly married, or approaching marriage, this class will help you to have God’s power and perspective influencing your relationship and energizing your marriage.
“Mormonism”
Led by Darrell Boan; former Mormon now converted disciple of Christ.
Statistics show that 80% of the converts to Mormonism (currently running around 400,000 a year) come from the traditional Christian faith. The LDS Church has done a great job of projecting itself as a Christian denomination, and many Christians believe it to be such. There is a great need for education among Christians regarding the LDS Faith. The purpose of this class is threefold:
- Have enough knowledge to protect ourselves from being misled. The LDS Church has a missionary force 60,000 + strong and they show up at the doors of many of our members daily.
- Have enough knowledge to be able to protect our friends and family from being misled.
- Have enough knowledge to be able to witness and testify effectively and intelligently to current Mormons. It is impossible to help them unless we know what they believe and why they believe it.
Experiencing God; Women’s Study
Led by Nancy Byrd
A modern classic that has sold millions of copies worldwide, Experiencing God is based on seven Scriptural realities that teach us how to develop a true relationship with the Creator. By understanding how God is working through us even as we try to fathom His ways, we can begin to clearly:
- Learn to hear when God is speaking to you,
- Find out where God is working and join Him,
- Experience God doing through you what only God can do!
Ten Weeks to Transformed Living: The Spirit-Filled Way of Life
Facilitated by Judy Dembowiak and Pastor Forrest
Formally known as the Firm Foundations class, this class is for anyone who desires more than a life of religious rules. God wants more for us; shouldn’t we want more as well?
So whether you are a new Christian or a seasoned saint trying to help others, let’s spend some time together exploring amazing discipleship truths that have the power to transform our lives.
C.A.R.E. Ministry

Cornerstone Adult Choir

The Adult Choir rehearses Wednesdays, from 6:15-7:30 pm. Join these worship leaders as they prepare for Easter and for each Sunday!
“Little Ones”
While adults are participating with the Cornerstone Choir or taking classes, there are activities for the “Little Ones” of Cornerstone. Spend some time in the with the “Little Ones”—the Preschoolers of Cornerstone!
