Preschool & Children’s Ministry

Preschool and Children Ministries are available for all children ages newborn through fifth grade. There are a variety of activities available, but they all point towards the same goal – introducing children to the one, true God, helping them begin their own personal relationship with Christ, and discipling them into mature believers.

Cornerstone believes that Children are a gift from God and takes the responsibility of teaching, nurturing, and growing them serious. We want to partner with parents and provide age appropriate worship and teaching opportunities for children.

Oct 15-17: FAMILY CAMP at TVR

FAMILY CAMP at TVR
October 15 – 17
Families with children in grades 3 – 5  (2010-11 school year)

Join us for a weekend of fun, games, worship, & making memories.

Activities include:
climbing & rappelling tower, archery, horseback riding, rifles, hayrides & bonfires, disc golf, open gym, group games, putt-putt, hiking & more!

Cost:
Family of 2 – $180
Family of 3 – $220
Family of 4 – $260
(includes all meals, lodging, and activities—only additional cost is your gas to get to camp)

Still need about 30 teachers for the coming church year…

We still need about 30 teachers for the coming church year—teachers at both 9:15 and 10:45 and in the preschool and in the children’s department, on Sunday and on Wednesday.  There are exciting things happening in both of these departments.  Don’t miss your opportunity to be a part!

Wanted: 8:00 Preschool Volunteers

I am looking for a few volunteers to work on a rotating basis during the 8:00 service to allow us to offer a nursery for babies through 3 year olds.  Would like enough volunteers for you to only have to work one Sunday a month.
