You can receive an automatic update each time a new message is posted in a given category by using one of the two notification systems offered. Most people are familiar, and comfortable, with an email-based notification systems; however, the RSS system offers a robust set of features not found in email systems.
Email Notification System
This system will send you email when new information is posted in a given category. This system does require you to register with the site and set your notification preferences. This process is easy and will only take a few minutes to complete. Simply click on the “Log In” button located in the top menu bar and follow the instructions sent to you during the registration process.

RSS Notification System
RSS links are supplied for each category in the right sidebar. This notification system requires the use of a RSS reader. There are many online RSS readers; however, the Google Reader is the most popular one. You simply need a free Google account to use the Google Reader. A link is provided below to the “RSS in Plain English” video on YouTube. The best technique for subscribing is to right click on a RSS link and copy the link. Then paste the link into the subscribe box of your RSS Reader.
